Kidney Stone Symptoms


A Kidney Stone is a small, solid particle that vary in size from a grain of sand to a golf ball.

Usually, kidney stones affect adults of both sexes over age 30.

As a general rule, the risk to suffer from kidney stone increase if you eat a lot of foods that's high in substances known as oxolates, for example coffee, black tea,sorrel,spinach, lamb's quarter.

Generally, if the gallstone remain in the gallbladder, it don't cause symptons but if the stone block the cystic duct or the bile duct, the consequence will be an intense pain.

But,exactly,what are the symptoms of kidney stones?

May have no symptoms("silent") or a variety of symptons depending on where the stone is located and its size.

The more commons symptoms are:

  • Sudden, excruciating and intermittent back pain
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Abdominal bloating
  • Blood in the urine
  • Urination pain.
  • Fever
